By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of photography services and digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.
Payment & Order Processing
Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your booking or digital file purchase.
If your payment fails, your order will not be processed.
Session Booking & Rescheduling (For photography sessions)
If booking a photography session, your payment secures your chosen date and time.
Reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice and must be completed within 12 months of the original session date.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Digital Image Delivery & Storage
Digital images are delivered through an online gallery within the stated turnaround time.
Galleries remain available for 6 months, after which images are removed. Please download and back up your files promptly.
Copyright & Usage
All images remain the copyrighted property of the Photographer (La Luz Studios).
Clients receive personal, non-commercial use rights only. Digital files may not be edited, altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Additional Charges
If your session requires extra services (additional images, extended session time, travel beyond included distance), these costs will be communicated before the session, and payment will be due before final delivery.
Liability
La Luz Studios is not responsible for lost or deleted digital files after delivery. Clients are advised to download and store their images in multiple locations.
In the rare case of equipment failure or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to a rescheduled session or a refund of the service paid.
